Meet the Team

Construction Trash Removal Randolph is a small local team led by owner Daniel Mercer. We keep the group focused on practical communication, organized project work, and dependable cleanup for homeowners, contractors, and businesses.

The People You Will Work With

Daniel Mercer

Owner

Daniel founded Construction Trash Removal Randolph after seeing how often construction debris became an overlooked part of renovation projects. He spends his time between project planning and hands-on work, and he enjoys restoring an old workshop in his spare time because he likes turning cluttered spaces into usable ones.

Michael Russo

Field Operations Lead

Michael helps coordinate field work and keeps projects organized from start to finish. He lives in Dover and is known around the team for keeping tools, equipment, and loading areas orderly before a job begins.

Lauren Bennett

Customer and Project Coordinator

Lauren helps customers explain what they need removed and keeps project details organized before the work is scheduled. She grew up near Morristown, enjoys hiking local trails, and volunteers at community events when her schedule allows.

How We Work Together

We start by listening to what the customer is trying to accomplish. A homeowner may simply need a basement cleared, while a contractor may need construction debris removed from an active renovation. We ask about the material, location, access, and timing so the project can be discussed clearly before work begins.

Once the scope is understood, we focus on the practical part: getting the agreed-upon material out of the way and leaving the customer with a cleaner, more usable work area. We aim to be easy to communicate with and respectful of the property throughout the process.
